At Rose Fashion, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. We want you to enjoy our products as soon as possible, and we work hard to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition.

Here are some important things you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

We take between 20–25 days to deliver your order for domestic orders, and an additional 2 days for international orders.

This is because we make each item with care and attention, and we want to ensure that you receive the best quality possible.

The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the product, the destination or country, and the customs clearance process.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any delays.

We inspect each item carefully before shipping it to you. However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The garment will have to be sent back to us with all tags still on and unworn.

Absolutely no item will be replaced under the claim of damage if reported after the 24-hour period.

We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference.

Please note that the shipping cost for returning the damaged item will be borne by us.
